Carl Chinn is an independent church security consultant based out of Colorado.
Chinn first worked with an architect's design team on physical security needs in 1992, and performed his first faith-based organization risk assessment in 1995. He served for 11 years on a mega-church security team to launch and maintain its ongoing operations. Chinn's expertise includes risk assessment, construction design assistance and security systems specifications.
